In the suburbs of Ivanhoe in Melbourne, the architects of BKK agency encountered a concept of residences quite particular to the original made. The project has the name “Cirqua”; it is in fact a residential complex including more than 42 apartments, each one being unique and being differently arranged from the others.
The architects of BKK designed this residence by dealing with a ground unfavorable to construction, being very steep.
Taking into account the current trend of the market of the real estate in Australia, the Cirqua project aims at delivering apartments known as “individualized” having each one a specific design.
One finds in all the apartments large round windows and large balconies allowing bringing a beautiful natural light in the parts to be lived in.
Original on the outside as well as on the inside, the apartments also have good ventilation. The global design of the building is inspired largely by surrounding constructions.
