{"id":4175,"date":"2018-03-16T15:05:57","date_gmt":"2018-03-16T14:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/en\/?p=4175"},"modified":"2018-12-10T15:12:43","modified_gmt":"2018-12-10T14:12:43","slug":"4175","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archibat.com\/blog\/en\/4175\/","title":{"rendered":"Astounding design vacation homes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the project \u201cSolo Houses\u201d promoted by real estate developer Christian Bourdais, many architects have been invited to design houses as unusual as possible.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/solo_pezo4-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/faustino_3d_lejos_copie-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1018\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Each architect was given free rein, with only budget as a potential limit. Two of the 15 houses proposed have already been built. The first one is a concrete house by Chilean studio Pezo Von Ellrichshausen, while the second one is a ring-shaped home designed by Kirsten Geers and David Van Severen. Other star architects such as Sou Fujimoto and Didier Faustino took part to this project too.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/pov01_r03_light-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"968\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/pov02_int_r03-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1037\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s have a look at Takei Nabeshima studio\u2019s project. Nestled on the hillside, this inverted pyramid-shaped concrete house includes four floors and two swimming pools: only one of them is visible on the rendering, the other one being located on the rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/solo-house-tna-architects-tokyo-concrete-pyramid-architecture_dezeen_hero1-852x479-1-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"852\" height=\"479\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This futuristic house includes a main room at the ground floor, housing two mezzanine floors and a dining room. This room enjoys an astonishing view over the surrounding hills. The kitchen, laundry room, pantry and machine room (for the swimming pools) are located in the blind part of the pyramid.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/solo-house-tna-architects-tokyo-concrete-pyramid-architecture_dezeen_2364_col_2-1704x2130-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1704\" height=\"2130\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The geometrically designed windows look like they\u2019ve been laser cut in the concrete walls. There are two stairs leading to the dining room, living room and mezzanines. From the hallway, following the stairs, you can have direct access to the swimming pool on the rooftop.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/solo-house-tna-architects-tokyo-concrete-pyramid-architecture_dezeen_2364_col_1-1704x959-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1704\" height=\"959\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The house will be built in Matarra\u00f1a, in the northwestern part of Els Port Natural Park, between Barcelona, Valencia and Saragossa. Hundreds of hectares of forest will surround this and the other houses designed by the architects who took part in \u201cSolo Houses\u201d project.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archibat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/solo-house-tna-architects-tokyo-concrete-pyramid-architecture_dezeen_2364_col_0-1704x1278-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1704\" height=\"1278\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A hotel designed by Chilean architect Smiljan Radi\u0107 will be the center of this property development project, offering many services and activities.
