Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, une nouvelle m\u00e9thode d\u2019apprentissage pointe le bout de son nez et pourrait bien r\u00e9volutionner l\u2019univers de la formation&nbsp;: l\u2019immersive learning, autrement dit \u00ab&nbsp;apprentissage immersif&nbsp;\u00bb, qui fonctionne avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode d\u2019apprentissage, apparue en 2010, est de plus en plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par les professionnels. Certaines grandes entreprises l\u2019ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9e telles que Danone, Monoprix, la SNCF ou encore P\u00f4le Emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QU\u2019EST-CE QUE L\u2019IMMERSIVE LEARNING&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour comprendre ce qu\u2019est l\u2019immersive learning, il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 rappeler les principes de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Celle-ci permet de simuler, de fa\u00e7on num\u00e9rique, un environnement virtuel r\u00e9aliste par le biais des diff\u00e9rents sens \u00e0 savoir la vue, mais aussi le toucher, l\u2019ou\u00efe et l\u2019odorat.<br> L\u2019immersive learning combine donc le principe de la formation \u00e0 distance et de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. L\u2019apprenant est muni d\u2019un casque reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9cran, qui le plongea dans un univers virtuel. Cette m\u00e9thodologie permet de tester ses connaissances en \u00ab&nbsp;situation r\u00e9elle&nbsp;\u00bb, favorisant un apprentissage plus rapide et surtout plus efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DES POSSIBILIT\u00c9S INFINIES <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe de l\u2019immersive learning est de permettre \u00e0 l\u2019apprenant de se former de mani\u00e8re ludique tout en prenant conscience de ses erreurs, pour les corriger au mieux et sans stress. La m\u00e9thodologie peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e entre autres pour pr\u00e9venir des dangers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans certains m\u00e9tiers. Par exemple, une entreprise automobile peut imaginer un module qui pr\u00e9sente les risques d\u2019incendie&nbsp;: le collaborateur a alors 5 minutes pour trouver les extincteurs et la sortie de secours.<br>De nombreuses comp\u00e9tences peuvent ainsi \u00eatre perfectionn\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9thodologie de l\u2019immersive learning, car les sc\u00e9narios sont multiples&nbsp;: pr\u00e9vention routi\u00e8re, premiers secours, prise de parole en public, m\u00e9thodes de management, proc\u00e9dures m\u00e9dicales complexes\u2026 Les modules de formation s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 tout type d\u2019environnement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UNE METHODE TRES EFFICACE\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019investissement dans l\u2019appareillage et les modules de formation a un co\u00fbt, il reste moindre par rapport aux co\u00fbts logistiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 une formation classique au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 distance, chaque utilisateur est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 Internet et n\u2019a donc pas besoin de se d\u00e9placer. Les mises en situation interactives g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des \u00e9motions et ont un impact sur la m\u00e9moire et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019apprentissage. En outre, les salari\u00e9s se montrent curieux et ont envie d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, ce qui accro\u00eet d\u2019autant plus leur motivation.<br>Autre avantage de cette m\u00e9thode de formation&nbsp;: les collaborateurs se sentent d\u00e9sinhib\u00e9s. Ils ont moins peur d\u2019\u00e9chouer, car il sont libres de mener leurs propres exp\u00e9riences et de recommencer le module, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trouver la solution aux probl\u00e9matiques \u00e9voqu\u00e9es. Leurs actes dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle n\u2019ont aucune cons\u00e9quence dans le monde r\u00e9el, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le facteur de stress&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UN OUTIL DE RECRUTEMENT APPRECIE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses possibilit\u00e9s infinies, l\u2019immersive learning est parfois exploit\u00e9 dans les ressources humaines, notamment dans les campagnes de recrutement via des serious game (jeux p\u00e9dagogiques). Certains facteurs comme la motivation, les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur certains secteurs ou la m\u00e9connaissance d\u2019un m\u00e9tier sont des probl\u00e9matiques r\u00e9currentes pour les recruteurs.<br>Avec les outils de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, les candidats sont en totale immersion dans l\u2019environnement de travail sans \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent physiquement. Ils peuvent alors trouver les r\u00e9ponses qu\u2019ils se posent sur un domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9 et se confronter \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9tier.<br> Plusieurs organisations ont d\u2019ailleurs pris le pli de l\u2019immersive learning avec l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9baucher de nouvelles recrues. C\u2019est notamment le cas de la SNCF, qui l\u2019exploite pour montrer aux candidats les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019entreprise, via la visite de diff\u00e9rents chantiers par exemple. Chez P\u00f4le Emploi, on utilise la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle de fa\u00e7on interactive pour faire d\u00e9couvrir certains m\u00e9tiers.
