Elles forment une part de la culture d\u2019entreprise et chaque collaborateur se doit de les conna\u00eetre et de les respecter. Il arrive cependant que des personnes passent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de certaines de ces r\u00e8gles, ce qui peut leur porter pr\u00e9judice. C\u2019est pourquoi la question se pose\u00a0: faut-il formaliser les r\u00e8gles implicites sur la fa\u00e7on de se comporter\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2>Mettre les collaborateurs en confiance et am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Formaliser ces r\u00e8gles permettrait \u00e0 tous les collaborateurs de partager la m\u00eame culture d\u2019entreprise, et d\u2019\u00eatre conscient des cadres fix\u00e9s. Cela les rassurerait, et permettrait aux nouveaux arrivants de s\u2019adapter encore plus rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, une entreprise o\u00f9 les r\u00e8gles seraient connues de tous verrait les relations entre les employ\u00e9s fluidifi\u00e9es et le risque de malentendus diminu\u00e9\u00a0; ce qui augmenterait la productivit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re indirecte.<\/p>\n<h2>Une infantilisation des collaborateurs\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Un autre point de vue d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question est que, bien que la formalisation soit rassurante pour certains, elle ne laisserait plus de place \u00e0 la libre appr\u00e9ciation de chacun de la fa\u00e7on de se comporter dans l\u2019entreprise et infantiliserait les employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs questions accompagnent la mise en place de cette formalisation\u00a0: qui serait responsable de d\u00e9finir ces r\u00e8gles\u00a0? Quelles seraient les sanctions pour les personnes ne les respectant pas\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, ne pas conna\u00eetre ces r\u00e8gles peut engendrer des situations parfois inconfortables mais elles permettent \u00e9galement \u00e0 une personne nouvelle dans l\u2019entreprise d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre des autres afin de s\u2019informer et donc de cr\u00e9er une premi\u00e8re forme de lien social.<\/p>\n<h2>Un compromis reste \u00e0 faire<\/h2>\n<p>A d\u00e9faut d\u2019inscrire dans le marbre (ou dans le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur) ces codes susceptibles d\u2019\u00e9voluer, il est possible de les formaliser \u00e0 condition de rester flexible.
