Cette crise du Covid-19 aura profond\u00e9ment boulevers\u00e9 nos habitudes, tant dans notre vie sociale que professionnelle. La r\u00e8gle de la distanciation sociale figure en t\u00eate des mesures barri\u00e8res pour \u00e9viter la propagation du coronavirus, incluant les interactions dans le cadre professionnel. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, mis en place d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du confinement, s\u2019affiche comme le mode de travail principal et pourrait perdurer durant plusieurs mois, voire s\u2019installer durablement dans l\u2019organisation de certaines soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Quels seront les autres changements \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir dans notre vie professionnelle\u00a0? Comment les entreprises vont devoir s\u2019adapter\u00a0? Quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail se poursuit apr\u00e8s le confinement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il semblerait que le recours massif au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pendant le confinement ait fait de nombreux adeptes chez les Fran\u00e7ais. Selon une \u00e9tude de CSA pour Malakoff Humanis, 73 % des t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs interrog\u00e9s souhaitent pratiquer ce mode de travail de fa\u00e7on plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8re apr\u00e8s le confinement. Pour ce d\u00e9confinement progressif entam\u00e9 le 11 mai, le gouvernement encourage d\u2019ailleurs les entreprises \u00e0 poursuivre le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail aussi longtemps que possible, avec pour objectif de limiter au maximum les rassemblements de salari\u00e9s et donc, la propagation du coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toujours selon cette \u00e9tude, la souplesse propos\u00e9e par les employeurs est largement pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e, puisque 74 % des salari\u00e9s ont eu la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019adapter ou de r\u00e9duire leurs horaires de travail, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs contraintes personnelles ou familiales. De plus, le retour des enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, m\u00eame s\u2019il est partiel pour l\u2019instant, facilitera l\u2019organisation de son temps de travail \u00e0 la maison\u2026Petit bonus\u00a0: en limitant nos d\u00e9placements en voiture, nous faisons aussi un geste pour l\u2019environnement\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire vivre son entreprise \u00e0 distance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus question de participer \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions o\u00f9 toute une \u00e9quipe est entass\u00e9e dans une m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce\u00a0: place \u00e0 la visioconf\u00e9rence\u00a0! Gr\u00e2ce aux diff\u00e9rents outils professionnels comme Zoom, Meet, Teams, l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs et des managers peuvent participer \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions, communiquer sur l\u2019organisation, \u00e9changer des id\u00e9es, repenser ensemble les nouveaux modes de fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise et faire avancer les projets en cours. \u00c0 l\u2019instar d\u2019une r\u00e9union \u00ab\u00a0classique\u00a0\u00bb, il faut bien l\u2019organiser pour un maximum de productivit\u00e9\u00a0: d\u00e9finir l\u2019ordre du jour, avoir un ton dynamique pour ne pas perdre l\u2019attention des participants et surtout, ne pas parler tous en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 organisation, on peut \u00e9galement avoir recours aux plannings en ligne. Les salari\u00e9s \u00e9tant \u00e0 distance, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019avoir une bonne visibilit\u00e9 sur l\u2019organisation globale comme les diff\u00e9rents rendez-vous clients, les projets en cours, les prochaines r\u00e9unions, etc. Pour ce faire, certaines applications de suivi de planning partag\u00e9 existent, dont Google Agenda, Doodle et Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vers la fin de l\u2019open space\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019open space, cet espace de travail partag\u00e9 et ouvert, s\u2019est largement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es au sein des entreprises, mais aussi dans les espaces de coworking. Seulement voil\u00e0\u00a0: pour respecter les r\u00e8gles de distanciation sociale, pas question d\u2019\u00eatre coll\u00e9s les uns aux autres\u00a0! Il faudra donc repenser enti\u00e8rement l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des bureaux, lorsque le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail n\u2019est pas possible pour l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s. Selon l\u2019architecte et psychologue Elisabeth P\u00e9legrin-Genel, \u00ab\u00a0on va devoir \u2018d\u00e9densifier\u2019 et revenir \u00e0 quelque chose de beaucoup plus agr\u00e9able, cr\u00e9er plus d\u2019espace autour de nous.\u00a0\u00bb Ce bouleversement des espaces de travail partag\u00e9s concernerait de nombreux Fran\u00e7ais, puisque 18 % des salari\u00e9s travaillent sur des plateaux sans cloisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant aux si\u00e8ges sociaux en tant que tels, certains pourraient suivre le mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprises comme WordPress, BoondManager ou Github, qui ne disposent pas de bureaux physiques. Celles-ci, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une organisation sans failles, ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019engagement de leurs salari\u00e9s. Toutefois, ce mod\u00e8le particulier s\u2019adresse surtout aux start-up de la tech, qui travaillent essentiellement avec un ordinateur et une connexion internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans tous les cas, cette crise sanitaire nous exhorte \u00e0 r\u00e9inventer les modes de travail et, parfois, \u00e0 repenser totalement l\u2019organisation des entreprises. Les interactions sociales \u00e9tant elles aussi durement impact\u00e9es, il est essentiel de se projeter positivement dans l\u2019avenir pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 traverser cette p\u00e9riode compliqu\u00e9e et in\u00e9dite.
