En effet, ces s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient assur\u00e9es par des employ\u00e9s juniors faisant partie de la fameuse g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y. Avec pour objectif de faire d\u00e9couvrir notamment les nouvelles pratiques en terme de r\u00e9seaux sociaux et de nouvelles technologies, ces sessions connaissent un v\u00e9ritable engouement aupr\u00e8s des patrons.<\/p>\n<h2>Les bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de mentoring invers\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Pour que ces initiatives puissent \u00eatre men\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re sereine et perdurent, certaines conditions doivent toutefois \u00eatre r\u00e9unies.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord il ne faut pas laisser les jeunes coachs sans supervision. Id\u00e9alement, des formations doivent \u00eatre suivies au pr\u00e9alable afin que ceux-ci, une fois en t\u00eate \u00e0 t\u00eate avec leur dirigeant osent s\u2019exprimer et ne soient pas d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9s par la personnalit\u00e9 et le comportement de leur interlocuteur.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, pour que ce coaching se passe bien, il semble plus judicieux que celui-ci soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en t\u00eate \u00e0 t\u00eate sous la forme d\u2019une discussion informelle avec principalement des temps d\u2019\u00e9change. Ce format de rendez-vous individuel est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 car les patrons, s\u2019ils sont avec d\u2019autres personnes, reprennent leurs habitudes directives et leur esprit de management et de comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il est parfois difficile de lib\u00e9rer du temps dans l\u2019emploi du temps d\u2019un dirigeant que l&rsquo;on peut imaginer charg\u00e9.
