Nous sommes sortis brutalement de notre routine professionnelle confortable, devant tout \u00e0 coup jongler avec la scolarisation de nos enfants \u00e0 la maison et <a href=\"https:\/\/archibat.com\/blog\/travailler-a-distance-rester-efficace\/\">le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/a>. Les managers et leurs \u00e9quipes ont d\u00fb r\u00e9agir dans l\u2019urgence et les rep\u00e8res habituels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment transform\u00e9s. Bien vite, chacun s\u2019est adapt\u00e9, notamment en favorisant <a href=\"https:\/\/archibat.com\/blog\/lintelligence-creative-un-atout-majeur-dans-lentreprise\/\">l\u2019intelligence collective et cr\u00e9ative<\/a>, en faisant la part belle \u00e0 l\u2019innovation et en imaginant de nouvelles formes d\u2019organisation. C\u00f4t\u00e9 direction, quels seront les nouveaux modes de management qui vont \u00e9merger ? Nous vous donnons ici quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Renforcer la confiance entre manager et salari\u00e9 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 distance, qui fut pour certains employeurs une grande nouveaut\u00e9, repose sur la confiance r\u00e9ciproque entre le manager et le salari\u00e9. Avec la crise du Covid-19, l\u2019autonomie est devenue la norme ! Si le r\u00f4le du manager change, il reste crucial notamment pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence de ces modes de travail plus collaboratifs. Il doit s\u2019investir davantage dans la relation avec ses collaborateurs pour compenser les \u00e9changes virtuels et valoriser le travail de chacun par des f\u00e9licitations et des encouragements. Le manager doit donc \u00eatre un vrai soutien pour son \u00e9quipe, afin de renforcer encore le lien social au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De retour dans les bureaux, le manager ne doit pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 remercier et \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter les salari\u00e9s pour leur engagement et leur efficacit\u00e9 durant les p\u00e9riodes de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, tout en les encourageant \u00e0 poursuivre sur cette voie. Plus qu\u2019un chef qui donne des directives, le manager doit \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme un v\u00e9ritable soutien. Il peut par exemple organiser des r\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe, des pauses caf\u00e9 collectives ou un repas convivial, tout \u00e7a dans le but de prendre du temps avec son \u00e9quipe et \u00e9changer avec bienveillance avec chacun. En bref, le maintien du lien collectif est la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire face ensemble aux nouveaux d\u00e9fis de l\u2019entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre une bienveillance renforc\u00e9e, il est important d\u2019\u00eatre transparent sur la situation de l\u2019entreprise. La crise sanitaire aura certainement eu des impacts \u00e9conomiques non n\u00e9gligeables pour la plupart des organisations. Il faut donc \u00eatre transparent sur les chiffres, mais \u00e9galement sur les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 accomplir dans les prochains mois. Le manager devra prendre du temps pour communiquer sur la situation de l\u2019entreprise aupr\u00e8s des collaborateurs, afin que ceux-ci se sentent plus impliqu\u00e9s et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent ensemble \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/archibat.com\/blog\/repenser-les-modes-de-travail-post-confinement\/\">modes de travail<\/a> qui conviennent \u00e0 chacun tout en permettant \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de se redynamiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de communiquer aux salari\u00e9s les nouveaux objectifs de l\u2019entreprise, de les f\u00e9d\u00e9rer autour de ces objectifs, de hi\u00e9rarchiser les priorit\u00e9s et de challenger son \u00e9quipe pour redresser la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise de fa\u00e7on la plus efficace possible. La tentation est grande de vouloir combler les pertes de chiffre d\u2019affaires en demandant un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire aux collaborateurs.
