La digitalisation des outils de travail, le d\u00e9ploiement des <a href=\"https:\/\/archibat.com\/blog\/comment-reussir-un-entretien-dembauche-en-visio\/\">entretiens en visio-conf\u00e9rence<\/a> et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019exercice d\u2019un m\u00e9tier en lui-m\u00eame. C\u2019est ainsi que le reskilling, ou re-qualification, devient de plus en plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En quoi consiste le reskilling\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le reskilling est le fait d\u2019embaucher un candidat sur un poste pour lequel il n\u2019aurait pas toutes les comp\u00e9tences requises au pr\u00e9alable, en se basant principalement sur son savoir-\u00eatre et sa motivation. Dans un contexte professionnel o\u00f9 il est parfois difficile de d\u00e9nicher de nouveaux talents dans certains secteurs, les recruteurs privil\u00e9gient de plus en plus les candidatures atypiques qui reposent principalement sur la personnalit\u00e9. On parle alors de <em>soft skills<\/em> (comp\u00e9tences douces) qui incluent notamment les capacit\u00e9s de communication, l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9, le sens relationnel et le niveau de motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le reskilling, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019engage \u00e0 financer la formation du nouveau collaborateur. Pour ce faire, elle peut s\u2019appuyer sur la Pr\u00e9paration Op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 l\u2019Emploi Individuelle (POEI). Ce dispositif permet d\u2019accompagner le recruteur dans la formation d\u2019un nouveau salari\u00e9 par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de P\u00f4le Emploi, qui finance une partie du processus. Pour en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, le candidat doit obligatoirement \u00eatre inscrit comme demandeur d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insuffler de la nouveaut\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rebondir au mieux et au plus vite apr\u00e8s la crise du Covid 19, il s\u2019av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire de repenser l\u2019organisation du travail, les modes de management, les mobilit\u00e9s. Les crit\u00e8res de recrutement de demain seront eux aussi disruptifs. L\u2019ensemble des m\u00e9tiers se digitalise et les savoir-faire valoris\u00e9s \u00e9voluent. Les profils de candidats d\u00e9montrant des fortes capacit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation et des comp\u00e9tences transversales sont de plus en plus recherch\u00e9s. Le savoir-\u00eatre prend le pas sur les comp\u00e9tences purement acad\u00e9miques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le reskilling pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage d\u2019inclure une plus grande mixit\u00e9 de profils et de comp\u00e9tences au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe. Les entreprises m\u00e9langent ainsi les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, les niveaux d\u2019\u00e9tude, les centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et les personnalit\u00e9s des collaborateurs, ce qui engendre une plus grande cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 tout en renfor\u00e7ant la productivit\u00e9 de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revaloriser les m\u00e9tiers en interne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le contexte \u00e9conomique actuel, les entreprises ne peuvent pas toujours miser sur de nouvelles embauches, car le recrutement repr\u00e9sente un co\u00fbt non-n\u00e9gligeable. Dans ce cas, il s\u2019agit d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation des m\u00e9tiers en interne. L\u2019employeur peut ainsi miser sur le principe de l\u2019upskilling, qui permet de faire \u00e9voluer les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019un m\u00e9tier pour l\u2019adapter au contexte professionnel actuel par le biais de la formation. Le reskilling, quant \u00e0 lui, consiste \u00e0 reconvertir les collaborateurs dont le m\u00e9tier actuel est menac\u00e9 ou qui a subi des transformations trop importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de limiter les co\u00fbts engendr\u00e9s par cette transformation, plusieurs solutions existent pour accompagner les entreprises. C\u2019est le cas par exemple des Op\u00e9rateurs de Comp\u00e9tence (OCPO) et de la convention du Fonds National de l\u2019Emploi-formation (FNE). Dans le cadre de la crise du Covid-19 et du plan France Relance, le dispositif FNE-Formation est modifi\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re temporaire afin de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des entreprises en activit\u00e9 partielle ou activit\u00e9 partielle de longue dur\u00e9e, par la prise en charge de co\u00fbts p\u00e9dagogiques\u00a0\u00bb comme indiqu\u00e9 sur le site internet du <a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/emploi\/accompagnement-des-mutations-economiques\/appui-aux-mutations-economiques\/fne-formation\">Minist\u00e8re du Travail<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le reskilling s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche forte d\u2019int\u00e9gration dans l\u2019emploi. Il dynamise les parcours professionnels et l\u2019implication des collaborateurs au sein de l\u2019entreprise.
