Avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour contrer la pand\u00e9mie, employeurs et salari\u00e9s ont d\u00fb s\u2019adapter dans l\u2019urgence. En tant que manager, comment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 accompagner au mieux son \u00e9quipe \u00e0 distance&nbsp;? Comment allier bien-\u00eatre et productivit\u00e9 pour le salari\u00e9 en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail&nbsp;? Quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encourager la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet d\u2019accord national interprofessionnel (ANI) sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, est en bonne voie d\u2019adoption. Ce texte vise \u00e0 clarifier le cadre dans lequel le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail peut entrer en vigueur au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Il rappelle \u00e9galement qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte le bien-\u00eatre du salari\u00e9, notamment via le lien social&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Il convient d\u2019\u00eatre attentif \u00e0 ce que le d\u00e9veloppement du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ne soit pas source d\u2019une distanciation sociale accrue voire d\u2019une perte de lien social entre des salari\u00e9s et leur communaut\u00e9 de travail.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car voici l\u2019un des enjeux majeurs du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail&nbsp;: maintenir le lien social entre les \u00e9quipes, malgr\u00e9 la distanciation. Le manager va devoir redoubler d\u2019efforts pour instaurer une confiance mutuelle. Cr\u00e9er un v\u00e9ritable esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe est n\u00e9cessaire en ces temps difficiles. Il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 fixer des r\u00e8gles claires durant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, comme des objectifs quotidiens r\u00e9alistes que le salari\u00e9 doit atteindre dans sa journ\u00e9e de travail, en toute autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux nombreux outils digitaux \u00e0 notre disposition, il est plus simple de garder le lien et de communiquer via des visioconf\u00e9rences ou des messageries instantan\u00e9es. Le manager comme les salari\u00e9s peuvent ainsi entretenir le lien social, se tenir au courant de l\u2019avanc\u00e9e d\u2019un projet, parler d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es\u2026 Il est important que le manager programme \u00e0 l\u2019avance des rencontres virtuelles pour favoriser les \u00e9changes et maintenir la coh\u00e9sion de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instaurer la confiance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La confiance mutuelle est le nerf de la guerre pour le management \u00e0 distance. Le dirigeant doit donc \u00e9viter de renforcer outre mesure le contr\u00f4le et la surveillance de ses salari\u00e9s. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le salari\u00e9 se sentira valoris\u00e9 par cette confiance accord\u00e9e et sera certainement plus enclin \u00e0 s\u2019investir. Le \u00ab&nbsp;management positif&nbsp;\u00bb, c\u2019est aussi permettre aux employ\u00e9s de s\u2019\u00e9panouir dans leur travail gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la reconnaissance de leur sup\u00e9rieur et de leurs coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le manager, il s\u2019agit d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019installer des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le sophistiqu\u00e9s sur le mat\u00e9riel de ses salari\u00e9s, le manager doit s\u2019assurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que le travail a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 et ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 les f\u00e9liciter pour leur investissement. Car le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s est un r\u00e9el facteur de productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accompagner les salari\u00e9s en difficult\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des salari\u00e9s se disent satisfaits du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. En revanche, certains ont du mal \u00e0 s\u2019adapter, soit parce qu\u2019ils ne sont pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec le mat\u00e9riel informatique, soit parce que leur logement est exigu, soit parce qu\u2019ils sont souvent sollicit\u00e9s \u00e0 leur domicile, notamment par leurs enfants. Quelle qu\u2019en soit la raison, il est essentiel d\u2019accompagner les collaborateurs en difficult\u00e9&nbsp;: leur expliquer pas \u00e0 pas l\u2019utilisation des outils digitaux, les appeler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour prendre des nouvelles, moduler les p\u00e9riodes de travail et r\u00e9partir les t\u00e2ches en fonction de leurs contraintes familiales etc\u2026 Ainsi, le salari\u00e9 se sentira soutenu et s\u2019adaptera plus facilement \u00e0 ce nouveau mode de travail. Des rencontres physiques peuvent aussi \u00eatre organis\u00e9es si certains salari\u00e9s souffrent trop de l\u2019isolement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le management se transforme et se r\u00e9invente. Les dirigeants doivent repenser les rapports avec leurs \u00e9quipes, apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer et \u00e0 faire confiance. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les salari\u00e9s gagnent en autonomie et en qualit\u00e9 de vie avec la suppression des temps de transport. Reste l\u2019isolement qui n\u2019est pas toujours facile \u00e0 vivre et le fait de ne plus pouvoir se retrouver autour d\u2019un caf\u00e9 avec ses coll\u00e8gues.
