Il est au c\u0153ur des strat\u00e9gies dans les Directions des Ressources Humaines et doit \u00e9voluer constamment pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux socio-\u00e9conomiques du monde actuel. La crise du Covid 19 a profond\u00e9ment modifi\u00e9 les comportements des entreprises vis \u00e0 vis des salari\u00e9s, des prestataires, des clients. Ces transformations dans l\u2019urgence ont laiss\u00e9 des traces et vont probablement acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9flexions. Quelques pistes voient le jour et permettent d\u2019anticiper sur les possibles changements dans le domaine des ressources humaines. \u00c0 quoi ressemblera le contrat social en 2030\u00a0? Quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les valeurs humaines au centre de l\u2019entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, bon nombre d\u2019entreprises cherchent \u00e0 se r\u00e9inventer. Cela passe, entre autres, par de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de management qui consistent \u00e0 prendre en compte l\u2019aspect humain au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Pour ces derni\u00e8res, il ne s\u2019agit plus de se concentrer uniquement sur le seul profit des actionnaires mais de prendre en consid\u00e9ration les individus qui constituent l\u2019entit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s s\u2019interrogent sur leur ADN et leur raison d\u2019\u00eatre au-del\u00e0 de leur simple activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Pour d\u00e9velopper et mettre en avant les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise, les dirigeants se doivent d\u2019impliquer les salari\u00e9s. Pour participer \u00e0 cette \u00e9volution, les collaborateurs sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre plus autonomes, plus impliqu\u00e9s et \u00e0 devenir forces de proposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019une des pistes concernant le nouveau contrat social de 2030 serait le <em>self-management<\/em>. Certaines entreprises se dirigent en effet vers ce mode de gouvernance, qui passe par la r\u00e9duction de la hi\u00e9rarchie et par une plus grande responsabilisation des \u00e9quipes. Ainsi, on privil\u00e9gie les <a href=\"https:\/\/archibat.com\/blog\/limportance-des-soft-skills\/\">soft skills<\/a> des collaborateurs et les formations en interne pour construire une identit\u00e9 commune, o\u00f9 chacun s\u2019implique davantage. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mod\u00e8le proche de celui des SCOP et des SCIC, dans lesquels le travail collaboratif et les id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives de chacun sont fortement encourag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une nouvelle d\u00e9finition du contrat social<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gilles Verrier et Nicolas Bourgeois, auteurs de l\u2019ouvrage Les RH en 2030, s\u2019interrogent sur l\u2019avenir du contrat social. \u00ab\u00a0En 2030, toute DRH devra avoir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le contenu du contrat social sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 son entreprise et le faire vivre\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9crivent-ils. Afin de d\u00e9finir les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui constitueront le nouveau contrat social, les auteurs conseillent de s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 plusieurs crit\u00e8res au sein de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0: le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, la formation en interne, les conditions de travail, les responsabilit\u00e9s confi\u00e9es ou encore les perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le r\u00f4le du DRH va \u00eatre de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 couvrir l&rsquo;ensemble des canaux de recours \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pour l&rsquo;entreprise dans le respect de l&rsquo;\u00e9thique et sans avoir \u00e0 se faire dicter son comportement par le quotidien\u00a0\u00bb assurent les auteurs. Autrement dit, les salari\u00e9s seront au c\u0153ur des organisations et l\u2019intelligence collective sera davantage valoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vers des \u00e9coles de formation propres \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l\u2019\u00e9mergence des nouvelles technologies et de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, les postes de travail sont amen\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9voluer. D\u2019autres vont m\u00eame se cr\u00e9er \u00e0 partir d\u2019une page blanche. Afin d\u2019anticiper ces \u00e9volutions technologiques et organisationnelles, les entreprises seront de plus en plus nombreuses \u00e0 former leurs collaborateurs en interne et ainsi faire face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains grands groupes misent d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur ce mod\u00e8le, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de l\u2019Or\u00e9al.
