Ce dernier, qui abrite le hall de la gare, favorise les connexions avec la ville gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plusieurs points d\u2019entr\u00e9e dont certains sont accessibles par des pistes cyclables. Cette forme fluide sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec une structure en bois lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9 (BLC) choisie pour sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, sa r\u00e9sistance au feu et sa faible empreinte carbone. Tout comme le pont, la gare routi\u00e8re sera surmont\u00e9e d\u2019un toit en BLC courb\u00e9. Toutes les nouvelles structures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues avec des fa\u00e7ades qui maximiseront les apports solaires en hiver et limiteront l\u2019\u00e9blouissement en \u00e9t\u00e9, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9clairage artificiel et au chauffage.
