Il est donc essentiel d\u2019adapter son discours et ses pratiques \u00e0 cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et les m\u00e9tiers du design et de l\u2019architecture n\u2019y \u00e9chappent pas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, qui sont-ils ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les individus issus de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z sont n\u00e9s apr\u00e8s 1995 et commencent \u00e0 faire leur entr\u00e9e dans le monde du travail. En France, ils repr\u00e9sentent environ 16&nbsp;millions de personnes. Deux origines de ce terme reviennent le plus souvent. La premi\u00e8re est li\u00e9e au mot \u00abhoriZontal\u00bb ce qui implique une certaine horizontalit\u00e9 des \u00e9changes et un abandon de la hi\u00e9rarchie. La seconde, est li\u00e9e au \u00abZapping\u00bb, car les \u00abZ\u00bb sont r\u00e9put\u00e9s pour changer d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, d\u2019\u00eatre multit\u00e2ches et tr\u00e8s libres dans leur consommation de l\u2019information.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00abZ\u00bb sont n\u00e9s au moment de l\u2019av\u00e8nement des nouvelles technologies et sont hyperconnect\u00e9s. Ils sont \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre leur vie digitale et leur vie IRL (In Real Life). Ils passent environ 4&nbsp;heures par jour sur leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et en m\u00eame temps, ils d\u00e9fendent un engagement important envers l\u2019humain et son environnement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux les rendent multiculturalistes et ouverts sur le monde. Malgr\u00e9 leur vie digitale prenante, ils sont aussi en qu\u00eate de sens et d\u2019authenticit\u00e9. Ils ne craignent pas le changement et ont tendance \u00e0 rejeter les sch\u00e9mas soci\u00e9taux classiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leurs attentes au travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z s\u2019int\u00e9resse au travail comme \u00e9tant un moyen de s\u2019\u00e9panouir. Environ la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux pr\u00e9f\u00e8re l\u2019entrepreneuriat, parce qu\u2019ils \u00e9prouvent une grande m\u00e9fiance envers le monde de l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;: stress, mauvaise ambiance et pression des managers sont les principales raisons. Ils sont multit\u00e2ches et cherchent donc de l\u2019autonomie dans l\u2019accomplissement de leur travail. Le Graal ultime n\u2019est pas un CDI, mais l&rsquo;engagement, le bien-\u00eatre au travail et l\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel.
