En effet, la mondialisation, les nouvelles technologies et l\u2019\u00e9volution de la culture d\u2019entreprise tendent \u00e0 faire pencher la balance du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019anglo-saxonne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De quoi s\u2019agit-il&nbsp;exactement ? Quelles sont les diff\u00e9rences avec notre mani\u00e8re de faire&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une relation d\u2019\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos voisins outre-Atlantique, ont une m\u00e9thode bien \u00e0 eux, qui est d\u2019abord bas\u00e9e sur le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage de la relation entre l\u2019employ\u00e9 et l\u2019employeur. Dans notre syst\u00e8me fran\u00e7ais, on assiste souvent \u00e0 une relation d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, en faveur de celui qui fournit l\u2019emploi. C\u2019est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 tr\u00e8s classique&nbsp;: l\u2019employeur poste une annonce sur un job board, de nombreux candidats y postulent, il n\u2019y a ensuite plus qu\u2019\u00e0 trier et \u00e0 choisir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le \u00ab&nbsp;work-life balance&nbsp;\u00bb pour attirer les candidats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, cette politique de recrutement typiquement fran\u00e7aise ne suffit plus \u00e0 attirer les talents. De nos jours, le candidat a son mot \u00e0 dire et les meilleurs choisissent leur futur job en fonction de crit\u00e8res bien personnels. Les employeurs du c\u00f4t\u00e9 anglo-saxon rivalisent donc d\u2019offres all\u00e9chantes afin de capter les talents&nbsp;: un bon \u00e9quilibre entre travail et vie personnelle (la fameuse \u00ab&nbsp;work-life balance&nbsp;\u00bb), la possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler, la mise en avant d\u2019une entreprise o\u00f9 il fait bon vivre\u2026 La relation employeur-employ\u00e9 est donc compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente. D\u2019une configuration \u00e0 sens unique, on passe \u00e0 une vraie \u00e9galit\u00e9 o\u00f9 chaque parti trouve son compte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour s\u00e9duire d\u2019autant plus ces talents,<strong> <\/strong>les entreprises essayent des processus innovants et beaucoup plus \u00ab&nbsp;fun&nbsp;\u00bb que le traditionnel entretien \u00e0 base de questions-r\u00e9ponses, pratiqu\u00e9 par nos recruteurs fran\u00e7ais. En effet, c\u2019est tout un arsenal de s\u00e9duction que mettent en place les entreprises anglo-saxonnes. A travers les \u00ab&nbsp;serious games&nbsp;\u00bb, les applications mobiles, les journ\u00e9es d\u2019int\u00e9gration ou m\u00eame les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable marketing des ressources humaines qui est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 par les DRH\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple qui en dit long, 78% des recruteurs am\u00e9ricains d\u00e9clarent avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 embauch\u00e9 via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, selon un sondage de la plate-forme de recrutement Jobvite, contre seulement 32% en France, d\u2019apr\u00e8s une enqu\u00eate de R\u00e9gionsJob. Aux Etats-Unis, on va donc chercher les talents sur tous les terrains. Le label tr\u00e8s fran\u00e7ais de \u00ab&nbsp;recruteur&nbsp;\u00bb n\u2019existe plus, place au \u00ab&nbsp;talent acquisition specialist&nbsp;\u00bb !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Hire for attitude, train for skills&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre diff\u00e9rence majeure, la phrase magique<strong> <\/strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Hire for attitude, train for skills&nbsp;\u00bb, autrement dit, plus qu\u2019un dipl\u00f4me ou des comp\u00e9tences, on recherche une individualit\u00e9 et un potentiel, et on pr\u00e9f\u00e8re former ensuite le salari\u00e9. Cette approche se d\u00e9mocratise de plus en plus dans les pays anglo-saxons o\u00f9 l\u2019on embauche de moins en moins en fonction des qualifications pures, mais plut\u00f4t en fonction de la personnalit\u00e9. Pour ce faire, les tests de type Myers-Briggs ou \u00ab 16 personalities&nbsp;\u00bb sont de rigueur et les employeurs n\u2019h\u00e9sitent plus \u00e0 les faire passer aux candidats pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s. On ne cherche pas ici \u00e0 savoir ce qui \u00ab&nbsp;ne va pas&nbsp;\u00bb chez une personne, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 comprendre comment chaque individu va pouvoir enrichir l\u2019entreprise ou l\u2019\u00e9quipe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses qualit\u00e9s uniques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidemment, toutes ces op\u00e9rations s\u00e9duction vont de pair avec la culture de la transparence, ch\u00e8re \u00e0 nos amis anglo-saxons. Celle-ci va, elle aussi, dans les deux sens. Le candidat se renseigne sur l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9seaux, lit des t\u00e9moignages d\u2019anciens collaborateurs, fait des recherches avant d\u2019accepter le poste pour savoir si cette organisation lui conviendra\u2026 En contrepartie, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifie les CV et les profils, demande des lettres de recommandations, et peut m\u00eame avoir recourt \u00e0 un \u00ab&nbsp;background check&nbsp;\u00bb, un contr\u00f4le des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents du futur collaborateur, pratique tr\u00e8s courante en Angleterre ou aux Etats-Unis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, le recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019anglo-saxonne va-t-il s\u2019imposer en France&nbsp;? Doucement mais s\u00fbrement, on remarque que c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas au sein de certaines entreprises, notamment dans les start-ups.
