En effet, les composants de la structure peuvent \u00eatre&nbsp;<strong>recycl\u00e9s et r\u00e9introduits<\/strong>&nbsp;dans la nature. \u201cNous avions eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;utiliser des bottes de paille associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un enduit d&rsquo;argile comme enveloppe thermique\u201d, expliquent les architectes de l\u2019agence Kaiser Shen. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 toutes les fa\u00e7ades ainsi que le toit et la dalle de sol en utilisant cette m\u00e9thode de construction \u00e0 partir de ballots de paille.\u00a0\u00bb Il s\u2019agit de&nbsp;<strong>compresser des bottes de paille<\/strong>&nbsp;dans un cadre en bois sur une \u00e9paisseur de 36,5 cm. Cette pratique traditionnelle date de la fin du 19\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, et regagne en popularit\u00e9 actuellement en raison de la durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique de la paille. Chacune des portes d\u2019entr\u00e9e respectives est situ\u00e9e au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. La maison est divis\u00e9e longitudinalement au premier \u00e9tage et de fa\u00e7on transversale au deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, ce qui permet aux r\u00e9sidents de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une vue depuis plusieurs angles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur chaque \u00e9tage, on trouve huit pi\u00e8ces mesurant environ 4 m\u00e8tres sur 4 qui ne sont pas assign\u00e9es \u00e0 un usage pr\u00e9cis, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des salles de bains qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9es. Toutes les pi\u00e8ces des \u00e9tages sup\u00e9rieurs ont des fen\u00eatres de forme identique, seules les portes du balcon cr\u00e9ent une interruption dans cette uniformit\u00e9.\u201d Dans le grenier, les fen\u00eatres de toit forment une bande r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Il est possible de diviser davantage l\u2019espace et de cr\u00e9er quatre petits appartements. \u201cDans ce sc\u00e9nario, clarifient les architectes, l&rsquo;escalier int\u00e9rieur devient une cage d&rsquo;escalier qui donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 deux unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles.\u201d Cette conception flexible permet \u00e0 la maison de rester adaptable afin de r\u00e9pondre aux L&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est produite par des panneaux solaires compl\u00e8tement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le toit qui permettent aussi de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l\u2019eau de pluie. Les modules solaires s\u2019int\u00e8grent parfaitement aux fen\u00eatres de toit et correspondent exactement au plan d\u2019ensemble de la maison. D\u00e9crivant le b\u00e2timent comme ayant un \u201cbilan \u00e9cologique particuli\u00e8rement positif\u201d, les architectes indiquent que \u201cpar rapport \u00e0 une maison mitoyenne classique, neuve et de m\u00eame taille, en briques ou en tuiles et avec une isolation classique, on \u00e9conomise 95 % du CO2 avec une construction du type Haus Hoinka. En effet, 100 tonnes environ de CO2 sont stock\u00e9s dans les 140 m\u00e8tres cubes de bois utilis\u00e9s pour la maison.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas de Haus Hoinka, les avantages<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un&nbsp;<strong>mat\u00e9riau isolant et renouvelable<\/strong> comme la paille sont \u00e9vidents.
