Ce sont souvent les m\u00eames constats qui reviennent, ils manquent de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 envers leurs employeurs, ils passent un peu trop de temps sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et ont du mal \u00e0 construire des \u00ab\u00a0vraies\u00a0\u00bb relations.<\/p>\n<p>Sachez que d\u00e9sormais, cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration repr\u00e9sente, en terme de pourcentage, la population la plus active. Il y a un gap entre cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Les employeurs ne cessent de se demander comment les embaucher, comment faut-il faire pour les garder engag\u00e9s et motiv\u00e9s, comment les emp\u00eacher de partir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Certaines choses sont \u00e0 savoir, voici un petit bilan.<\/p>\n<h2>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y souhaite que son travail ait un sens<\/h2>\n<p>Le cabinet d\u2019\u00e9tude Deloitte a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 90% des sond\u00e9s issus de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y souhaitent pouvoir utiliser pleinement leurs comp\u00e9tences au sein d&rsquo;une entreprise o\u00f9 ils pourront s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir et \u00eatre reconnus. Ils souhaitent que ces comp\u00e9tences mises \u00e0 la disposition de l&rsquo;entreprise soient r\u00e9ellement valoris\u00e9es. Que simplement l\u2019entreprise leur accorde de l\u2019attention afin de sentir que le travail qu&rsquo;ils fournissent compte vraiment. C\u2019est un simple besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s \u00e0 leur juste valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises organisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des r\u00e9unions de \u00ab\u00a0Team Building\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;ils donnent la parole aux salari\u00e9s afin qu\u2019ils puissent s\u2019exprimer librement. Leur laisser la parole permet d\u2019ext\u00e9rioriser des frustrations, de fluidifier les rapports au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe mais \u00e9galement de valoriser certains aspects de leur personnalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres entreprises offrent la possibilit\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s d\u2019avoir du temps libre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 afin qu\u2019ils puissent entreprendre des projets en dehors du temps de travail. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, ce sont entre 8 et 10 heures dont les employ\u00e9s peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier chaque ann\u00e9e pour leurs projets et d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/p>\n<h2>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y veut grandir et progresser<\/h2>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes prouvent encore que 79% des Mill\u00e9nial ont ce d\u00e9sir d\u2019apprendre. Que ce soit par le biais de formations d\u00e9di\u00e9es ou tout simplement en apprenant des autres, notamment de leur patron ou des leurs partenaires de travail. Il est l\u00e0 encore possible de mettre en place des programmes, formels ou informels, de mentorat afin de mettre l\u2019accent sur la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement. L&rsquo;entreprise peut offrir des cours sur le lieu de travail afin d&rsquo;apprendre une nouvelle langue, manier un nouveau programme informatique ou m\u00eame organiser des sessions pour d\u00e9velopper son intelligence \u00e9motionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>La progression dans le parcours professionnel doit \u00eatre impuls\u00e9e par les salari\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames mais encourag\u00e9e et soutenue par leurs dirigeants. L&rsquo;entreprise doit aider ses collaborateurs \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 poursuivre leur propre voie de d\u00e9veloppement et un bon manager se doit de les aider \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs de carri\u00e8re en tenant compte de chaque individualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La culture de l\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas non plus \u00e0 revisiter totalement. Ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019un groupe de personnes s\u2019inscrit dans le m\u00eame groupe d\u2019\u00e2ge que les besoins sont identiques. En revanche, il est prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019en mettant en place une politique d\u2019entreprise d\u00e9fendant les int\u00e9r\u00eats individuels, l\u2019impact en sera d&rsquo;autant plus positif sur le collectif car chaque salari\u00e9, reconnu pour son savoir-faire et ses soft skills, se sentira plus engag\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0 de sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement c&rsquo;est une grande richesse de pouvoir travailler avec des salari\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e2ges diff\u00e9rents. Bien s\u00fbr, la mani\u00e8re de s\u2019habiller, de communiquer, de consommer les m\u00e9dias est diff\u00e9rente d\u2019un individu \u00e0 l\u2019autre, d&rsquo;une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Mais lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, les salari\u00e9s sont tous \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;un \u00e9panouissement optimal pour leur vie professionnelle. Notamment cette envie de grandir, de montrer que l\u2019on peut faire la diff\u00e9rence a un moment donn\u00e9, d\u2019\u00eatre vu, entendu, \u00e9cout\u00e9, en tant qu\u2019individu.
