D\u00e9cryptage.<\/p>\n<h2>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y\u00a0: le travail oui, mais les loisirs avant tout\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p>Le travail occupe une place importante dans la vie des jeunes actifs mais moins importante que pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. La grande tendance caract\u00e9risant la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y est le refus de sacrifier la vie priv\u00e9e au profit de la carri\u00e8re professionnelle. Friand des horaires souples, du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, des cong\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires, ils sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles aux conditions de travail. Les entreprises doivent s\u2019y adapter, et ce n\u2018est pas toujours facile.<\/p>\n<h2>Une G\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui a la bougeotte<\/h2>\n<p>Avide de formation, et particuli\u00e8rement sensible aux programmes de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, c\u2019est une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui souhaite d\u00e9velopper ses comp\u00e9tences pour \u00e9voluer tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re. La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y est donc peu fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0Au bout de deux ans, ils viennent vous dire : \u00ab\u00a0Voil\u00e0, j&rsquo;ai fait le tour de l&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0\u00bb, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/societe\/article\/2013\/04\/11\/generation-y-les-empecheurs-de-travailler-en-rond_3158117_3224.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapporte<\/a> un dirigeant. Les jeunes actifs ont la certitude que l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle passe par le changement r\u00e9gulier d\u2019entreprise et de poste. C\u2019est une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de zappeurs qui d\u00e9concerte les DRH, habitu\u00e9s aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes qui se formaient dans l\u2019entreprise et y restaient au moins 10 ou 15 ans. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re un turnover important et impacte l\u2019organisation de l\u2019entreprise en terme de temps investi pour la formation des nouvelles recrues.<\/p>\n<h2>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y dans l\u2019entreprise\u00a0: et moi, et moi\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Les analyses sont unanimes\u00a0: la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y exprime une forte demande de reconnaissance et d\u2019\u00e9panouissement dans leur vie active. Motiv\u00e9s par un management transversal, promu par les entreprises du type Google et les nouvelles startups, les jeunes actifs veulent se sentir consid\u00e9r\u00e9s au sein d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe et impliqu\u00e9s dans les projets de l\u2019entreprise. N\u00e9s avec les nouvelles technologies, ils s\u2019\u00e9panouissent dans un contexte de forte r\u00e9activit\u00e9 o\u00f9 ils sont incit\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que ces traits soient caract\u00e9ristiques de cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, leurs attentes sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de plus en plus transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles. Les pr\u00e9occupations de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y tendent \u00e0 rejoindre celles des autres g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et d\u00e9montre une r\u00e9elle \u00e9volution des r\u00e8gles, codes et valeurs au sein de l\u2019entreprise.
