Les Cvth\u00e8ques se sont ouvertes et sont consultables librement.<\/p>\n<h2>Recrutement 1.0 versus 2.0\u00a0: l\u2019impact sur la diffusion et la consultation des annonces<\/h2>\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e8re du Web 1.0, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux offres d\u2019emploi \u00e9tait subordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inscription sur une plateforme ou directement sur le site de l\u2019entreprise, et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019alertes email pour recevoir les annonces correspondant au profil du candidat. L\u2019outil de recherche \u00e9tait propre \u00e0 chaque site. L\u2019annonce \u00e9tait diffus\u00e9e uniquement sous format texte et sous la forme de listes d\u00e9roulantes. Le format des annonces est d\u00e9sormais tr\u00e8s divers\u00a0: texte, vid\u00e9o, audio, tags\u2026 Les supports de lecture sont \u00e9galement beaucoup plus vari\u00e9s via les flux RSS, les Podcasts, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable, les tablettes\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Recrutement 1.0 versus 2.0\u00a0: une mutation des comportements des recruteurs et des candidats<\/h2>\n<p>Le recrutement 2.0 a modernis\u00e9 le CV classique. Les candidats disposent d\u00e9sormais d\u2019autres moyens pour communiquer sur leur exp\u00e9rience, notamment les r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels du type LinkedIn ou Viadeo. Les recruteurs sont \u00e9galement de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0googliser\u00a0\u00bb les candidats au cours du processus de recrutement. Bien que les recruteurs ne sauraient se baser sur les informations extra-professionnelles diffus\u00e9es sur internet \u00e0 propos du candidat, il appartient au candidat d\u2019\u00eatre vigilant \u00e0 propos de son identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique. Les recruteurs peuvent consulter les profils LinkedIn ou Viadeo du candidat pour v\u00e9rifier les informations communiqu\u00e9es par le candidat.
