Pour s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 une plus forte concurrence li\u00e9e \u00e0 la mondialisation, les entreprises sont de plus en plus nombreuses \u00e0 chercher \u00e0 sortir du mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;organisation traditionnel. D\u00e9codage des facteurs de cette \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<h2>Le management pyramidal\u00a0: un syst\u00e8me de plus en plus critiqu\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Le management pyramidal est un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;organisation hi\u00e9rarchique. Ce syst\u00e8me fonctionne sur un mode d\u00e9cisionnel \u00ab\u00a0top-down\u00a0\u00bb, sur la base d&rsquo;\u00e9chelons hi\u00e9rarchiques strictement d\u00e9termin\u00e9s. Le manager dispose d&rsquo;une autorit\u00e9 directe sur une \u00e9quipe et a le monopole de la d\u00e9finition des missions et objectifs de ses membres. Il est en charge de la fourniture des moyens, de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des performances et a une influence d\u00e9cisive sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution professionnelle de ses subordonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;organisation fait l&rsquo;objet depuis quelques ann\u00e9es de nombreuses critiques. Il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme trop rigide dans un monde o\u00f9 la mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle et l&rsquo;innovation sont d\u00e9sormais les moteurs de l&rsquo;entreprise. Le processus d\u00e9cisionnel est ralenti du fait des trop nombreux \u00e9chelons hi\u00e9rarchiques, alors qu&rsquo;il est d\u00e9sormais n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00eatre hyper r\u00e9actif pour faire face \u00e0 la concurrence. Le management pyramidal tend \u00e9galement \u00e0 favoriser la d\u00e9responsabilisation et \u00e0 brider l&rsquo;autonomie des employ\u00e9s. Il se r\u00e9v\u00e8le ainsi contre productif, car il ne favorise pas l&rsquo;innovation.<\/p>\n<h2>Bousculer l&rsquo;organisation traditionnelle de l&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0: le management transversal<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre du syst\u00e8me de management transversal, la structure hi\u00e9rarchique subsiste mais le manager est charg\u00e9 d&rsquo;assurer une plus forte autonomie de ses subordonn\u00e9s et se rendre plus accessible \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard. C&rsquo;est un syst\u00e8me bas\u00e9 sur la confiance et la communication. Le manager, assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 un chef de projet, doit permettre une prise d&rsquo;initiative accrue des membres de son \u00e9quipe afin de faciliter l&rsquo;innovation. Son r\u00f4le principal est la coordination de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Le circuit des d\u00e9cisions est simplifi\u00e9 par une structure hi\u00e9rarchique plus horizontale, afin de faciliter la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et introduire l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;une responsabilit\u00e9 plus collective. Le mod\u00e8le transversal promeut le dialogue entre les services et au sein des \u00e9quipes en favorisant le d\u00e9cloisonnement de ceux-ci. Cela peut prendre la forme de groupe de travail int\u00e9grant plusieurs services et m\u00e9tiers, ou en terme d&rsquo;organisation physique de la mise en place d&rsquo;open space.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;organisation transversal a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux outils, tels que les plateformes participatives via l&rsquo;intranet, afin de permettre la mise en commun des informations, des ressources, des comp\u00e9tences et des id\u00e9es \u00e0 travers les diff\u00e9rents services. En mati\u00e8re de recrutement, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du management s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un changement des profils recherch\u00e9s. On recherche d\u00e9sormais davantage des profils de plus en plus atypiques, pluridisciplinaires et polyvalents.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;entreprise le plus avanc\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de management transversal est la start-up. On parle m\u00eame d&rsquo;esprit start-up. La start-up mise sur la convivialit\u00e9 pour booster la motivation des salari\u00e9s et leur capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprendre.
