Il s\u2019agit du tout premier restaurant sous-marin d\u2019Europe, et cela donne\nenvie d\u2019y aller diner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un simple restaurant,\nl\u2019id\u00e9e derri\u00e8re ce projet est \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00eatre un centre de recherche o\u00f9, en\ndehors des heures de service, des \u00e9quipes de sp\u00e9cialistes vont \u00e9tudier et\nrassembler des donn\u00e9es pour sauvegarder la faune sauvage de la mer.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mer de Norv\u00e8ge \u00e9tant r\u00e9put\u00e9e capricieuse,\ndes murs en b\u00e9ton de pr\u00e8s d\u2019un demi-m\u00e8tre d\u2019\u00e9paisseur assurent une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9\nparfaite. En\nd\u00e9pit d\u2019une m\u00e9t\u00e9o g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement agit\u00e9e dans cette r\u00e9gion, c\u2019est le calme qui\nr\u00e8gne, lorsque l\u2019on p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le restaurant. Puis les convives p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans\nune salle \u00e0 manger intimiste o\u00f9 40 personnes peuvent s\u2019installer pour diner.\nUne lumi\u00e8re bleue, \u00e0 travers une fen\u00eatre panoramique en acrylique de 11 x 4\nm\u00e8tres, offre une vue sur le fond marin et change au fil des saisons.
