Vu d\u2019en haut, le terminal apparait sous une forme de flocon de neige. Disposant d\u2019une superficie de 3300 hectares, le terminal 3 de l\u2019a\u00e9roport se voit d\u00e9sormais agrandi avec une s\u00e9rie d\u2019installations auxiliaires, notamment une gare de transport terrestres, des h\u00f4tels, des parkings et des commerces. Au niveau des acc\u00e8s terrestres, la ville de Harbin est reli\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport via un train \u00e0 grande vitesse, des lignes de m\u00e9tro municipales et des bus, permettant ainsi, selon les pr\u00e9visions de 2030, d\u2019accueillir \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pas moins de 43 millions de passagers. 320 000 vols au d\u00e9part de l\u2019a\u00e9roport sont pr\u00e9vus pour une ann\u00e9e.
