建筑总监 – Architecture Design Director

Requirements:

– Bachelor of Architecture degree (BArch), Master’s Degree (MArch) preferred, 10 Plus Years Professional Experience required;

– Experience working with First Tier International Firms, in China preferred; 

– Strong Design Team Management and Design skills required; 

– Must be knowledgeable in local codes, construction practices, standards and planning submission processes;

– Must have experience leading project teams in all phases of the project, from Concept to Construction Administration;    

– Building type experience in: Commercial Mix-Use, Retail, Office and Hotel, preferred;

– Fluency in Written and Verbal English;

– Strong leadership skills and multi task capability;

– Proven skills in presentation and communication.

Position based in Shanghai.
