Archibat Asia is seeking a creative and driven individual Senior Architect (Hotel & Resort) for a famous lifestyle hospitality branding Group to join their Shanghai Branch.
Responsibilities:
· Participate master plan design; propose architecture design concept; responsible for schematic design & design development work.
· Review & Coordinate LDI drawings and study site carefully to ensure architecture is feasible.
· Prepare information regarding design, structural and technical specifications and design plan
· Project management and coordinating of the design process to ensure outcome quality
· Engaging with the development, engineering, cost aspects of the project to resolve technical issues
· Completing given projects with an environmentally sustainable methods
Required profile
Qualifications:
· Experienced on at least 2-3 completed resort projects
· Bachelor or above in Architecture or related fields
· At least 8 years working experience of architectural design
· Skilled in use of CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop, etc.
· Good English, comfortable working with an international team
