Archibat Asia is looking for a Workplace Experience Manager for a European leading video game company to join their Shanghai office.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving initiatives to create effortless workplace experience to exceed expectations and make every touchpoint throughout the employee lifecycle a memorable moment.  
 
What you will do:
• By observing the company culture and workplace environment, define the experiential needs, drive the design and service for the workplace environment. 
• By brining latest trends and inspiration, architect and create the best workplace experience for the company, all employee, clients and guests visiting our company.
• Create events and activities around the key in an employee’s typical working day, onboarding process, employee lifecycle. 
• In keeping with quality standards, coordinate project elements by overseeing project planning, execution and change management in an effort to strike the right balance between productivity gains and cost avoidance.
• Create a Workplace Experience Design playbook to apply a holistic approach in ensuring successful project implementation. 
• Collaborate with the office management, Corporate Communications, project management, studio management teams to ensure close alignment, be the catalyst for boosting the workplace energy. 
• Track and measure impact of program on employee satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

What you should have:
• Minimum five years’ experience in workplace related position.
• Track record in cultural, artistic and innovative organizations.
• Training in interior design, architecture and/or construction or any other related field for extensive knowledge of the construction industry from a strategic and technical standpoint.
• A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changes and priorities, and work in a collaborative team environment.
 
• A creative problem solver with proven organizational skills, and cool under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to constantly bringing in global workplace trends and inspirations.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.
