Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Graphic Designer for a Swedish Beauty – Tech company Shanghai office：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work under Art Director and alongside a full creative team to develop and execute all new product launches and core assets;
- Collaborate with marketing, sourcing and production departments to ensure successful conceptualization, development and execution of each project;
- Evaluate production samples for aesthetic quality and direction provided and give direction/approvals as necessary
- Understand, articulate & apply relevant beauty, fashion and design trends;
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand and offer impactful solutions throughout the creative process
- Lead all product photo shoots, from concept creation to execution and retouching
Required profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years graphic design experience either in-house or design/advertising agency; product development experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design is required;
- Excellent English, both oral and written;
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Working knowledge of cosmetics or beauty industry;
- Photography experience, shooting & retouching is a plus;
- A good team player able to complete assignments with tight deadlines and under pressure;
