Absolute Linkers is now looking for a Finance Business Partner for an innovative international design agency in Shanghai.
Work Location: Shanghai Jingan
Key Responsibilities：
· Form close & trusting relationships with Business Units’ leaders and various functional leads to monitor and assess financial results, identify areas of growth potential and operating efficiency
· Drive & lead the business units’ financial planning & budgeting process, short term to long term plans and Forecast
· Carry out Performance Analysis, Variance Analysis and Reporting
· Analyze and recommend process improvements
· Interact and work closely with the reporting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Review contracts/RFPs/ Pitches for commercial/Financial clauses
· Carry out analyses and provide insights to facilitate business decision making and effective business management
· Monitor Project Profitability and highlight variances with recommended actions
· Monitor Billing and Collections and Maintain healthy cash flow position of the business units
· Perform ad hoc Investment Analyses & Financial Modelling
· Prepare & present business and finance related insights and information in leadership meetings
· Prepare group’s reports and plans.
· Drive change and implementation in systems & processes
· Ensure data integrity and statutory compliance
Required profile
Qualifications：
· Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. 7+ years finance experience.
· Possess strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards, International taxes and project accounting
· Self-Initiative, with high level of integrity
· Able to understand the business and be a finance advisor to the business leaders
· An effective, assertive business partner and a good team player
· Able to pay attention to details yet maintaining broad perspective view of business
· A multi-tasker under a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills
