ArchiBat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Interior Designer for a well-known experience consulting company for their Space Team in their Shanghai office. The Space Team integrates the power of service design, brand design, space design, and digital design through innovative design methods. The candidate will work closely with team of interior designers and UX specialists. Please check the following requirements:
Your Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will collaborate with talented colleagues to enhance company’s culture for design excellence, elevate the quality of design, and achieve recognition for our clients and the firm. Use your unique design perspective to lead design teams, develop next-generation talent, bring new approaches to the design process, and help our clients redesign what’s possible.
What You Will Do
•Lead the creative efforts of interior design teams on projects from the initial marketing stages through all design phase. • Develop and own overall design concepts and design presentation strategies, and well communicate and presentation skills. • Build and sustain client relationships; act as the primary design interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators, both internal and external.
•Mentor and develop designers; provide creative direction to design teams.
•Participate in business development and marketing efforts.
Required profile
Your Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.
•7+ Experience leading design teams through all phases of the design process.
•Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
•Knowledge in Revit and other computer design programs (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
•LEED accreditation, preferred.
