Archibat HR Asia is looking for Interior Designer for an International Architecture and Interior Design Studio specialized in an Interior for Retail, Residential, Workspaces, Showrooms and F&B.
 
 Job Description: 

– Participate in every phase of design process from concept to implementation, include concept design, technical development and construction follow up. 

– Develop creative design solutions for projects. 

– Work under direct supervision of creative director, able to offer creative, efficient, proficient response to the design inputs to guarantee efficient development of the projects. 

– Follow up constructions to ensure the quality of projects, sensible to potential issues, and ability of solving problems together with the team. 

– Cooperate with all parties include colleagues, clients, builders, suppliers and other 3rd parties to ensure the timeline of projects. 

– Source and identify the appropriate suppliers for each project. 

– Communicate with clients throughout the projects, identify and meet their needs and expectations. 

– Take part and perform in presentations, client meetings. 

Required profile

 Requirements: 
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, could be Chinese or other nationalities 

– Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline 

– 2-5 years of working experience as an interior designer 

– A portfolio to prove creativity and design skills 

– Ability to produce effective images, renders and presentations following the directions of the leading designer 

– Ability to develop technical drawings efficiently 

– Able to use Office suite, 2D Drawings, Adobe Suite, 3D Modeling/Rendering Software, Rhinoceros (preferable) 

– Excellent presentation and communication skills
