Job description
– Managing projects from design concept to construction completion.
– Communicate with clients, general contractors throughout projects, make sure their needs and expectations are well received and fulfilled.
– Coordinate throughout bidding process, contracts review, products purchasing, delivery, installation, be sensible of potential issues and taking initiative of problem solving.
– Build and maintain trustworthy relationship with clients by ensure of deliver quality projects to meet the standard of the design.
– Take control of all process and communication to ensure the timeline of projects.
– Take part and perform in presentations, client meetings, meetings with third party consultancies.
Required profile
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, could be Chinese or other nationalities
– Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
– 2-5 years of working experience as an interior designer
– Ability to develop technical drawings efficiently
– Able to use Office suite, 2D Drawings, Adobe Suite, 3D Modeling/Rendering Software, Rhinoceros (preferable)
