Absolute Linkers is looking for a sales coordinator for a US flooring product brand to join their Beijing office.
 
Job Objectives
 
To assist the sales team to achieve sales targets by providing support and services in areas of providing regular backup, keeping effective communication with the new and existing customers, suppliers, associates and agents.  Effectively manage the CRM by analyzing inputs and outputs to ensure the accuracy of data and implementing processes.  Manage daily office administration in an efficient and effective manner. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
– Brand/Culture Building
Day-to-day management of the sales office, towards an Eco-office model in line with the company’s mission & vision in sustainability.
 
– Administration Support
Responsible for coordinating sales related details before and after the sale, including clerical & logistic support to whole sales team;
 
Scheduling meetings, assist the sales team to process enquires by phone, fax, internet or email connections and grow the contact database;
 
Coordinating with sales travelling, managing calendar, taking charge of petty cash management and handling expense reports with Finance on internal & external payment;
 
Responsible for ensuring proper signatures and file management of executed contracts;
 
Liaising with manufacturing plants as needed on behalf of sales team;
 
Local marketing coordination & support for sales conference, local events and marketing tools distribution.
 
– Sales Report
Responsible for preparing and generating local reports as well as data analysis;
 
In charge of all Sales Activity reporting;
 
Administration of the local customer and project database
 
– CRM Management
Work with management to define and establish data quality rules and definitions;
 
Assist business groups in system usage and ongoing training, including sales support, account executives and sales management;
 
Manage users ensuring names are added and removed as business conditions change;
 
Recommend new and/or improved processes to enhance usage and effectiveness of the system;
 
Manage an maintain views for the wntire application according to data entry standards;
 
Review and respond in a timely manner to email and help requests from sales users, communicating technical issues to IT personnel;
 
Audit account and contact information on regular basis for competitor’s records, realignments, incomplete data, and security access.
 
Key Performance Indicator:
– Feedback from customers, dealers and colleagues;
– Accuracy of the report/database;
– Cost effectiveness in procurement;
– Event outcome/feedback
 
 
 

Required profile

– Self motivated with a get-it-done attitude;
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skill;
– Excellent time management skills;
– Good team player, thoughtful to others;
– Open to changes, capable to handle complex and multi-tasks;
– Bachelor degree preferably with business related major; 
– Excellent computer/Microsoft Office skills;
– Good command of mandarin and English, both oral and written;
– Working experience in database administration, or similar CRM program
– Minimum 5 years related working experience, preferably in a role supporting sales & marketing in multiple locations
