Archibat HR Asia is looking for a General Manager for a European Architectural Design firm based in Beijing. This office’s portfolio comprises mainly of Healthcare and Senior Living projects, with a solid built portfolio in China and Europe.
Required profile
Requirements:
– Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
– Overseas educational and working experience is required.
– Around 20 yrs of experience, including China experience working for top international design offices.
– Strong Management, Operation Management, Marketing, BD, Strategy, Hire / Fire, P/L, etc.
– Experience working as MD or Operation Director related for the past 3-5 yrs.
– Previous experience working or familiar with Healthcare Architectural industry.
– Native Chinese. Fluent English.
Position based in Beijing.
