创意总监 – 汽车行业UX/UI – Creative Director – Automotive UX/UI

Archibat HR Asia is looking for a creative director for well known design consultancy for automotive user experience to join their Shanghai office.

Your main responsibility will be developing new business by leveraging your design expertise. Secondly, you will lead and coach the designers in the studio, the tasks include but not limited to:

Create outstanding user experiences on multiple platforms in a team lead role

Cover both UI and UX, with a focus on UI design (visual brand DNA)

Push the boundaries of HMI design through thoughtful 3D and motion exploration

Develop and execute a sales strategy by successfully identifying and managing up-sell opportunities within existing client relationships

Create proposals and provide effort estimations for projects in cooperation with the overall project management and the business development team

Present company capabilities to new clients and generate new business with existing clients.

Develop a strong relationship with our client(s), consult and guide them which should ultimately resulting in a long term partnership

Be a mentor to the team and represent innovation and quality

Define and foster team culture

Introduce methodologies and ideation strategies especially in early project phases

Coordinate international resources to work on multiple projects

Continuously improve quality and efficiency on project, client and department level to achieve operational excellence

Lead client facing workshops, meetings and presentations
