Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Junior Industrial Designer for a Dutch Lifestyle brand in their Shanghai Office：
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Research and develop new product designs for existing product categories, as well as new categories targeted for expansion
– Motivated to participate to different creative workshop
– Ability to generate ideas and design various products such as : softgoods or hardgoods, electronics goods
– Ready to work on project from researches to production with small cross functional team
– Research Color, Material, Finishing and elaborate solutions fitting to the market and trends
Required profile
REQUIREMENTS
– Expertise with Photoshop / 3d software / Keyshot / 3d printing
– Ability to transform an idea in workable solution
– Good at sketching to communicate roughly an idea
– Positive and open mind to approach different situation
– Technical knowledge about manufacturing and development process is a plus
– Reactive and flexible to accept change
– Identify market user’s needs
