Archibat HR Asia is looking for an AVP level (Senior PM – Architecture) for a US Leading Retail Architecture Design firm to join their design team in Shanghai office.
Required profile
Requirements:
– PRC Registered Class 1 Architect
– Bachelor or Master Degree in Reputed Universities in China or overseas.
– 15yrs exp, including working for some top global international architecture firms, in China and abroad.
– Overall exposure on all phases of projects, with great emphasis on design and quality, and strong Project Management ability to lead several large scale complex projects.
– Stable, Professional, Smart. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
– Strong portfolio in large scale projects, retail architecture, and built projects.
– Fluency in English and Chinese.
Position based in Shanghai.
