Archibat HR Asia is currently looking for a FF&E / Interior Designer for an Award Winning Star Architect Hospitality Design firm to be based in their Shanghai branch.
Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work on interior design assignments, focusing on luxury hospitality and residential projects that include conceptual and schematic design through project completion.
Required profile
Requirements:
– Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related studies
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a design position and a professional degree in interior design or furniture/industrial design
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Creative Adobe Suite applications
– Ability to generate ideas and present concepts
– Able to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic form
– Fluent in English and Mandarin
– A demonstrated track record of bringing projects from concept through completion is a plus
– Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction
