Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Director (Interiors) level for one of the largest Local Design Institute based in Shanghai.
This role will take control of the whole interior design department of the company, with plans to grow up to 100+ people in Interior team.
Required profile
Requirements:
– Bachelor or Master Degrees in Architecture or Interior Design from reputed universities locally and internationally.
– Around 20 yrs of experience working for both local and international design firms, or real estate firms.
– Design background, with strong experience in team management, project management and design management.
– Strong reputation in China market, ability to lead big teams/departments.
– Strong portfolio in different types of projects (Interiors)
– Native Mandarin. Fluent in English is preferred.
Position based in Shanghai.
