某国际工程咨询公司招聘一名网络信息安全专家
Responsibilities of the role include:
– Representing cyber in east Asia region for any cyber related requests and issues
– Ensure compliance with China Cyber Security Law (CSL), Multi-level Protection Scheme (MLPS) and other related laws and regulations in China
– Coordinating cyber security awareness campaigns in east Asia region
– Liaising with senior leadership team in the east Asia region for new developments in Digital and drive security by design
– Conducting threat and risk assessments and drive risk closure
– Keeping cloud and other information environments secure and compliant
– Conducting supply chain cyber due diligence
– Working with the software development community to ensure digital products and services are secure by design
– Helping to deliver data loss prevention program
– Auditing internal infrastructure and applications against defined security framework
– Playing an active part in our cyber security team: helping to build an inclusive environment, sharing your knowledge, and promoting development best practices with colleagues within the team
– Driving security control assessments and thriving for raising the compliance level
– Measuring the cyber processes, controls and reporting on the effectiveness of cyber management plan
Required profile
– Has a good legal understanding of the China Cyber Security Law (CSL) and data security law (DSL)
– Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks and threats
– Ability to understand the business context and technology landscape, and apply appropriate security solutions in response to differential risks and needs
– Understanding of data loss prevention techniques
– Excellent emotional intelligence to foster openness and transparency within the team
– Extensive experience in information risk management
– Exceptional command over English and Mandarin language (verbale & written) is mandatory
– Desirable skills and knowledge: (1) Knowledge of compliance and audit; (2) Experience on industry standards like NIST, CIS, ISO27001 and ISO22301
