ArchiBat is looking for a PR Account Director for an international creative consultancy.
Responsibilities:
1. Have strong relationships with clients and serve as the go-to senior client contact and account team manager on multiple client accounts
2. Work with the team to build strong media relationship and execute strategic plans in terms of media/KOL outreach programs and activities to achieve brand’s KPIs.
3. Assist in client campaigns or new business through research, brainstorming industry /competitive analysis presentation and stakeholder assessments

4. Supervise and guide the team to submit regular reports, press releases plans and meeting minutes in day-to-day client service
5. Assign team priorities and manages resources as team coach

7. Manage budgets, billing and client reporting
8. Quality standards – sets high quality standards, has an eye for detail
9. Keeper of brand equity, agency reputation and credibility
Requirements:
1. Keeper of brand equity, agency reputation and credibility
2. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results
3. Good understanding of social media and digital communications
4. Traditional media relations experience and understanding of how it can work effectively with paid, earned shared and owned media platforms
5. Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights
6. Excellent Communications skills – can write and present ideas in both languages
7. Exceptionally oriented – has experience in handling and managing projects
8. Effective, Organized Systematic and a strong team player
9. Proven account/project management skills, including budget management
10. Problem solving skills, being deadline oriented professional with a great attitude
11. Native Chinese fluent in English
