• Over 8 years working experience in research or planning from a reputable brand or agency
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building and managing a team
• An existing network of clients for potential business development
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet goals
• Excellent bilingual presentation skills
