ArchiBat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Designer for a brand design firm specialising in place visioning and place branding to join their Shanghai office. Company services include strategic positioning, naming, brand design, environmental design and way-finding design.
About The Role :
The role primarily focusses on delivering a high level of creative work for branding projects. You will understand the process of branding well and will be a strong team player. Your thought process is strategic, always looking at the wider problem to solve and not just the small details. The ability to interpret and understand clients’ needs and provide professional consulting services is essential. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for mentoring the less experienced design team including local Chinese designers as well as foreign
interns. You will also work closely with the client services to ensure the deadlines and clients’ expectations are fully met throughout the course of each project. This a long-term role which allows room for growth and personal development towards a more senior position in the company.
Profil recherché
• Bachelors degree in graphic/communication design and six years industry experience
• Excellent strategic design capability and understanding of place branding
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandarin speaking is not required)
• Confident at presenting design work in front of large client teams
• Capable of leading alongside designer teams and sharing knowledge with subordinates
• Pro-active thinker with ability to multi-task and manage time well
• International experience and mind-set
