高级业务拓展经理 – Senior Business Development Manager （Transportation planning background)

Job description:

• Responsible for the development of transport planning and Façade in China;
• 主要负责开发公司中国区的交通规划业务和幕墙设计业务发展；
• Develop a robust strategy and plan to meet the aggressive and sustainable business growth needs; 
• 开发合适的战略和计划以满足持续强进的业务增长需要；
• Based on global best practices, to further tailor make client engagement framework with suitable to China market;
• 根据全球最佳实践经验，并结合中国市场需要，制定客户关系维护计划；
• Working with the team, to develop robust bid library / marketing materials, (i). effectively communicate to target clients; (ii). to enable the internal team to improve the bid / proposal preparation efficiency;
• 和团队一起，开发强大的投标档案和市场资料，包括：有效地与目标客户沟通；使内部团队更加有效地开展招投标准备工作；
• Develop a more robust client database system and networking opportunities, to enable the timely feedbacks with more quality and important business leads / opportunities feeding to senior leaders;
• 开发更加强大的客户信息系统和客户关系机会，能够对重要的业务机会做出及时高质量的反应，为高层领导提供支持；
• Develop channels and mechanisms to communicate with internal staff and relationship building with market influencer;
• 制定与内部员工沟通渠道和机制，与有影响力的业内人士建立良好关系；
• Strategic operations planning and allocation of key internal resources;
• 战略运营计划和内部关键资源分配；
• Project and communication management.

Qualifications:

• should have a proven track record planning; 
• 丰富的规划行业经验；
• should be able to work independently in conjunction with the Project Team to ensure that clients are maximizing their experiences on our projects;

• should possess excellent communication skills;

• be able to work to targets and under pressure.
