店铺设计经理 – Store Design Manager

Archibat Asia is looking for a Store Design Manager for a global retail brand to join their Shanghai office,

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with global CtC concept team and line manager on new concept stores design, deliver great brand experience in store for both own retail and franchisee, work with local design agencies to review & provide the store design drawings.

• Support the new store opening process &existing store upgrading w/ HQ cross-functional team from store design perspective, meet the design lead time for all own retail and key franchisee stores, ensure the store development process is effective and efficient to open and upgrade stores with high design quality. 

• Manage the special fixture design& manufactory for localized fixtures on key projects together w/ fixture engineering team. 

• Identify and address on site technical problems, manage cost and risk based on site conditions. Work with LDI to provide pre-design based on RD requirement (bubble plan, zoning plan, functional plan, elevation, 3d rendering). Support on site for hand over and loft for design changing.

• Provide high quality store full design pack and construction drawings, confirm material based on design requirements. Take responsibility of store timeline and design process management, manage and support design changing on site during construction. 

• Provide the high qualified design for store roll out of all key own retail projects and new concept store operator by franchisee, need to consider adidas brand and products related design and integrate to the space and architectural design.
