Archibat Asia is looking for an (Associate)Operation Director for a UK engineering consultancy firm to join their Shanghai office.
Work Location: Shanghai Jing’an
Essential Criteria:
– Solid experience and understanding of the full end-to-end strategic procurement
– process, including sourcing and tendering, exit and entry strategies, and supplier management and negotiation.
– Proven track record in the delivery of complex procurement projects particularly using
– competitive dialogue and/or the negotiated procedure.
– Strong procurement strategy development skills.
– Experience at operating within complex stakeholder environments with demonstrated procurement credibility.
– Demonstrates ability in the compilation, negotiation and ongoing management of contracts
– Strong analytical and investigative skills.
– Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to lead teams and to influence at many levels both internally and externally,
– including excellent report writing and other written skills.
– Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
