Archibat HR Aisa is looking for a Medical Planner for an interdisciplinary global firm to join their Shanghai Office.
 
 
Responsibilities:
1. Works with users to determine orientation of clinical rooms and medical equipment;
2. Participates in the conceptual design of healthcare projects;
3. Assists client with determining proper organization and layout of hospital departments;
4. Assists in creating, reviewing and coordinating the architectural floor plans, interior elevations of clinical spaces, reflected ceiling plans and equipment plans of clinical spaces;
5. Functions as key may function as contact person for client questions;
6. Follows the planning and design information through the production and documentation process to ensure continuity of the design intent;
7. Participates in and may lead team meetings to discuss projects issues, coordination with other disciplines and technical issues;
8. Actively seeks new knowledge in the design and planning of medical and healthcare facilities
9. Develops and maintains excellent relationships with existing and potential clients;
10. Mentors and may directs the work of architectural team of experienced staff;
11. Foster and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team

Profil recherché

Qualifications:
1. Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Healthcare related field required, Master’s degree preferred;
2. Architectural Registration, Registered Nurse or professional licensure preferred required;
3. Typically, 5+ years of experience with a healthcare design and planning background;
4. NCARB registration preferred;
5. LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred;
6. Advanced knowledge in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, Newforma, 3D modeling software preferred;
7. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
8. Advanced knowledge of current healthcare planning and programming concepts, including green design, patient safety, and evidence-based design principles;
9. Proficient knowledge of guidelines for design and construction of healthcare facilities;
10. Strong knowledge of architectural building systems and building codes;
11. Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED and WELL guidelines;
12. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing;
13. Ability to effectively meet deadlines;
14. Travel may be required.
