Archibat HR Asia is looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join a global engineering consultancy group,
Work Location: Changsha
Job Duties
- Serve as a focal initial point of contact to provide professional and timely on-site HR support to Business Lines and liaise with employees at all levels to address the human capital needs and business priorities
- Work closely with local Business Line leaders as a genuine business partner to develop and implement solutions in line with business objectives
- Together with China HR Team provide prompt HR support and clear execution of HR initiatives
- Engage with the supervisor and local Business Line leaders to drive HR projects including on-boarding program, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and retention, etc.
- Execute HR initiatives and policies, and ensure compliance of all HR practices with statutory requirements and the Company’s Human Resources practice
- Take overall responsibilities for administration affairs including office decoration, office equipment and environment management, organizing company events, etc.
Profil recherché
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 7+ years of relevant progressive HR and Admin. management experience in a sizable MNC
- Previous experience with engineering consultants or construction companies would be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to communicate and influence across varying levels
- Ability to interpret and advise on legislative requirements, particularly in relation to employment matters
- Exceptional attention to details
- Ability to act independently and manage a multitasked workload
- Team player with collaborative and consultative mindset
- Strong people management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment with good problem-solving skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and time management capability
