Archibat HR Asia is looking for an Implementation Designer for an International Leading Brand Consultancy in Shanghai:
Position Purpose
Utilise the combination of excellent design sense and technical know-how in order to help deliver design ideas and brand extensions with creative flair and accuracy.
Must be able to understand branding and packaging portfolio systems in terms of varienting, tiering,
premiumisation etc.
Under the direction of the Creative Director and Designers, you will play an important role in delivering a wide range of design concepts. This could be anything from variant adaptation, KVs, concepting to typesetting.
Design Excellence
1. Proficiency in Adobe Ai, Ps. In.
2. Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
3. Ability to liase with Senior Design staff to ensure best
delivery of design solution.
4. Knowledgeable on all current design techniques.
5. Good understanding of design strategy.
People and Team
1. Interacts in a positive, professional manner.

Required experience
1. Minimum 5 years design experience, FA work a plus.
