Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Principal Architect for a US global architecture and design firm to join their Shanghai office.
Primary Responsibilities:

Business development with new and existing clients

Lead projects from master planning through design

Participate with office management
-
Partner in firm wide planning and development of the international practice
Profil recherché

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is required
-
Bi-Lingual – native Mandarin speaking architect with high English Language proficiency

LEED Accredited Professional preferred
-
Candidate must be a registered/licensed architect
-
Recognized industry leader or have the potential to become an industry leader
-
Must demonstrate design leadership in one of the firm’s core practice areas
