Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Interior Designer for an Interior Design and Engineering firm in their Shenzhen Office：
资深室内设计师申请人需具备：优秀的设计技能和设计感觉，能同时认真高效地参与多个项目，可信赖，有团队领导力，凝聚力和解决问题的能力；认同并维护公司的价值观。
The Senior Interior Designer will have excellent design skills and sensibility, able to work carefully and reliably on multiple projects efficiently, be a unity builder, problem solver, and be a role model in upholding company values.
主要职责包括与团队和客户沟通设计方向和功能需求，与设计总监进行概念和方案设计，从设计前期直到项目完工的全程参与。熟悉新装饰材料和产品，对设计趋势有很强的意识，并定期与项目经理、机电设计和施工团队进行多维度沟通，确保高质量地将设计理念得以诠释。
Primary responsibilities include communicating design principles and functional requirements with team and clients, developing conceptual and schematic design with the Design Director and managing design development through completion of project. They will source new materials, products, and have a strong awareness of design trends and regularly communicate on and off site with Project Management, engineering, design and construction teams, ensuring quality design concepts are correctly executed.
