Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Technical Architect for a Leading Asian Urban and Infrastructure Consulting firm to join their Architectural team in Shanghai.

REQUIREMENTS
基本要求
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field
建筑学或相关专业本科及本科以上学历
• 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of the design process from schematic design to construction drawings. Experience in construction site is an asset.
3-5年从方案设计到施工图设计过程所有阶段的专业经验，有建筑工地经验者优先。
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin and English.
较强的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
• Excellent coordination experience with clients, contractors and consultants.
与客户、承包商和其他顾问有良好的协调经验。
• Excellent communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Chinese regulations and codes, as well as knowledge in construction methods and technical solutions in China.
在中国法规和规范方面有较强的知识储备和丰富经验，有中国本地的施工方面的经验，并掌握解决现场问题的相关技术知识。
• Strong AutoCAD and 天正knowledge.
Knowledge in Rhino and Adobe Suite in an asset.
精通AutoCAD和天正，熟练使用Rhino和Adobe Suite等软件。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
• Draw, review, modify and develop architectural drawings to meet high quality standards and client specifications under the supervision and guidance of the project leader.
在项目负责人的指导下，绘制、审查、修改和深化高质量并契合客户要求的建筑图纸。
• Guarantee that architectural drawings comply with Chinese regulations and codes.
确保建筑图纸符合中国法规及本地规范。
• Assist architects in developing solutions to technical problems.
协助其他建筑师解决技术相关问题。
• Coordinates and develops responses to LDI’s/contractor questions, inquiries, RFI’s etc. and supervises fellow team members and direct reports to that end;
与本地设计院及承包商进行良好的沟通并协调相关事宜，指导并带领好团队成员，同时向直属领导积极汇报工作。
• Participate in project coordination meetings with other consultants occasionally after hours.
偶尔需在非上班时间参加与其他顾问的项目协调会议。
• Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents and other related data in an organized manner.
系统化维护和管理建筑图纸、文件和其他相关数据。
• Ensure completion of architectural projects on time and within the time limits.
确保按时并在规定时间内完成建筑项目。
