Archibat HR Asia is currently seeking several Retail Interior Designers for an International Retail Design firm to join their Shanghai Office.
Responsibilities:
Passionate, creative & innovative, with a prestige book of references in design projects.
He will work with the design team on varied ambitious design projects.
Profil recherché
Requirements:
– With a strong experience in various fields such as Mass Market Retailers, Fashion stores or Shopping Malls he will have to work simultaneously on different projects for international and local brands.
– Pro-active, creative and very organized, he has a real personality and strong management skills. On top of that he is very ambitious and love the challenges.
As a key element in the company organization, he will lead his own team (projects designers, designers, CAD designers, graphic designers, 3D designers…) under the supervision of the Creative Director and with the support of the Technical Department.
– In this context he will be responsible of his projects from the brief to the opening and will be the guarantor of the creative product of the company at every stages of the process.
– The perfect candidate will offer the right balance between Design and HR management in order to bring his/her projects and team to the summit !
