Temporary work: specific skills and simplified procedures

ArchiBat HR responds to surges in activity and to requests for specific skills. Do you need to build a team quickly and temporarily take on staff in your company? We will send you rigorously selected employees who are available immediately for one-off projects lasting several days, weeks or months. Their temporary work contract is renewable and fixed for your desired duration. You will be billed upon completion of the project, or at the end of each month, according to the time sheet filled in by the employee and validated by you. Did you know? An interim contract has more advantages than a fixed-term contract. It actually includes the process for searching and selecting the candidate, verifying their skills as well as all the administrative management of the employee appointed to your company: French pre-employment statement, work contract, payroll management, advances, health insurance, work certificates, certificate from the Pôle emploi (Job Centre), etc. Upon completion of a suitable period for a one-off project, you can hire the employee at no extra charge.

Outsourcing: flexible for companies AND employees

ArchiBat HR makes it possible for candidates to bill their services through our Temping Agency. We offer to act as a contracting agency so that companies can benefit from flexibility within their organisation and minimal administrative tasks. So, both companies and candidates can benefit from ArchiBat HR's expertise in administration and employee management. The charge for this subcontracting is also applicable for long-term projects.
